go relax outside! like what I do is I go in my backyard and I can see the sunset I take a drink like crystal light or carb options or just a diet coke and I sit and drink it and watch the sun set. If it is early in the day just layout with a drink in the grass close your eyes and repeat ana quotes in your head and just drink alot! you may even fall asleep! what helps me is to post up "skinny pictures" all over your walls or anywhere...that way when your tempted to eat you can see what your striving for-TiNyWiSh08
Mints and Gum: These are great for curbing hunger but be sure that you get sugarfree because regular mints and gum have more calories. ( Altoids have 250 calories per tin and gum has 15 per stick) Sugarfree gum has about 5 cals.
Bulion cubes: For a 5 calorie fix these work the best for me. Just heat up dome water and throw in a cube and you have chicken broth.
Egg Whites: An egg with yolk has about 120 calories but if you just eat the whites it is only 20 calories per egg
Black Pepper: Using black pepper on eggs or in soups or any other food speeds up your metabolism.
Water: 8 Glasses of ice water burns about 300 calories and sice water has none it is the best staple and you should carry water with you everyehere.
Lemons: Using lemon in water or if you can hadle it eating a lemon is great, they are natural dieretics.
Pickles: ( read lable ) pickles have about 5 calories and are good for curbing hunger.
Berries: Most berries are also dieretics and make great meals
Fruit: Fruits ecspecially citrus friuts help burn calories. Stay away from bananas though because they give bulk.
Crystal Light: 5 calories per glass
Suck on a cherry cough drop if you feel the urge to eat. It leaves a bad taste with food.
One of my favorite foods to eat is lettuce with salsa and fat free sour cream. Its really good and fills you up.
If you feel a binge coming on brush your teeth. Food tastes bad after you brush your teeth.
Before you eat drink 1-2 glasses of water. This will fill you up and make you more likley to eat less
Another way to stop from eating is stepping on the scale or looking in the mirror.
If you are easily tempted then stay out of fast food restuarnts and grocery store. Why go somewhere where the temptation is the greatest. that is just asking for a binge.
Put pictures of fat women on your fridge. Looking at them will keep you from looking in the fridge ( I am SO doing this in my new place!!!)
Keep a journal of thinspiration and fat pictures to look at if you feel hungry.
Keep out of the kitchen. Taking little bites out of leftover or snacks does count. there are caloires in those bites.
Count EVERYTHING you eat or drink. Eventually you will know the calories in everything without having to look

my best tip is to eat soup (make your own because the store-bought ones are high in sugar and over-processed). it fills you up fast, and keeps you warm. also keeps you from dehydrating! - XstopXeatingX
when your parents get home after you, take some leftovers and smush them around on a plate and leave the containers out, dirty. after you've done that, and it looks like you left some food you didnt like, throw the rest of the food from the containers into a trash bag and into the dumpster. then you can tell your parents you ate tons of leftovers and are too full to eat. - x_needingx_xstrength_x
